Yoga/Workout training focuses on strength and endurance training with body weight and developing flexibility through various yoga poses. The purpose of the class is to tone and shape your body while building muscle mass and burning fat. Yoga in this combination develops range of motion and coordination of the body and muscles. If you are attracted to yoga, but you want the exercise to be more intense and burn more calories, with the aim of getting in better shape and feeling better about yourself in your body, then this class is just for you.
